ABS wins €400,000 compressor order for wastewater treatment plant

Under the terms of the agreement, ABS will deliver the turbo compressors for a wastewater treatment plant in Faribault, Minnesota which is upgrading its biological treatment process

Peter Aru, CEO of ABS, said: “Reduced energy consumption is high on the agenda for our customers. Our solutions reduce the customers’ energy costs and in so doing create both more cost-effective and environmentally friendly wastewater treatment.”

The ABS order will be booked in the first quarter. Delivery and installation of the turbo compressors are expected to occur in mid-June 2010.
