The technology transfer will be implemented in two phases. Initially, Flowserve will deliver thruster components and provide engineering support and Zvezdochka will produce selected thruster components and assemble, install and commission the finished products. During the second phase, Zvezdochka will produce the majority of the components while Flowserve will continue to provide specified components and technology support.
