Holland Pump Co has acquired Complete Dewatering Pumps & Wellpoints – CDPW, based in Edgewater, Florida, USA.
Established in 1923, CDPW is a full-service dewatering and pump rental provider for municipal and commercial applications serving customers across the US Southeast.
CDPW expands Holland Pump’s wellpoint pump fleet and dewatering services offering. The acquisition also increases the company’s engineering capabilities, adding a 39 000 sq ft manufacturing facility and a service location in the Southeast.
This is Holland Pump’s second acquisition since XPV Water Partners invested in the company in March 2019. Holland Pump acquired Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based Alpha Pump & Equipment Inc in October 2019.
