The EchoWater Project is a major upgrade to the region’s wastewater treatment plant in Elk Grove.

The four Morrison VOM Model Pumps will be high efficiency, fixed speed, vertical mixed flow pumps with forged stainless steel impellers. Pump delivery is expected in the first quarter of 2017.

The NST Project was awarded to Flatiron Construction Corp as part of the overall US$2 billion wastewater recycling project. The project owner is Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District (Regional San) and the engineers are Carollo Engineers.

The new EchoWater Treatment Plant will improve water quality with a nearly 95% reduction in ammonia discharged to the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta.
