The new company will be called Evoqua Water Technologies LLC and will continue to offer municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment equipment and services.
The name Evoqua originates from the words evoke, evolve and aqua.
The existing management, led by CEO Dr Lukas Loeffler, will remain with Evoqua Water Technologies under AEA ownership.
