Wilo USA LLC has bought QuantumFlo Inc, a US specialist in pressure boosting systems and intelligent pump systems.
Sanford, Florida-based QuantumFlo provides products and software solutions for the design and control of pressure boosting systems.
“With this acquisition, we are strengthening our presence in the USA in line with our ‘region-for-region’ approach,” said Oliver Hermes, president and CEO of the Wilo Group. “By acquiring QuantumFlo, we are also expanding our customer base to accelerate market development in the USA.”
