Under the Guaranteed Pump Shipment program, Wilo USA will ship most ranges of its standard 3”, 4” and 6” submersible sewage pumps and select larger pumps within 10 business days of the order.
If delivery takes longer, Wilo will credit the customer 10% of the purchase price. If Wilo misses shipment in the subsequent two weeks, the pump company will credit the customer an additional 10% of the purchase price.
“The Guaranteed Pump Shipment program ensures that our customers get their hands on the pumps they need quickly,” says Harold Adams, Wilo national sales manager - Water Management. “Many customers stock spares for emergencies - only to find that these pumps and parts no longer work when pressed into service. There’s no need to warehouse and maintain extra pumps and parts with limited shelf lives when Wilo can guarantee fast delivery of new, up-to-date products.”
