‘Xylect Mobile’ provides customers with access to product information from Xylem’s Flygt brand, from any location, by using a smartphone. The tool is available in 18 languages and customers can search by application or product type, or by inputting required flow and head. The Xylect app also allows customers to identify all available spare parts for a product, by inputting the serial number of the product that requires parts. The new app also allows users to log-in through their own account, so that information can be stored and saved.“By developing the Xylect app, we are providing a free service for our customers that will deliver Xylem’s expertise directly to them,“ said Magnus Stahl, manager sales tools, Xylem Water Solutions.The Xylect app is available free for download at the iTunes App Store.
