To further expand the range of capacity, Netzsch is now offering its NEMO progressing cavity pump with FSIP design in stainless steel in the additional sizes NM053, NM090 and NM105.

The stainless steel pump is designed for media with temperatures up to 80°C and a pressure of up to 9 bar. The suction flange can be supplied as left- or right-handed or vertical.

The full service in place (FSIP) design is capable of pumping and precisely dosing many different substances. This concept is particularly suitable for wear intensive applications which require more service and maintenance work, as the design ensures straightforward maintenance.

This is because the pump is designed so that the housing itself functions as a support and orientation guide during maintenance, ensuring that each part automatically fits into its destination. As a result, the change of all wear parts takes less than half of the time previously required.
