Products demonstrated at the Hannover Messe will include the new process pump Zentriplex and a control circuit consisting of a motor-driven metering pump Sigma and a measuring and control unit Dulcometer diaLog DAC.
Zentriplex is a new process pump. The diaphragm dosing heads and hydraulic ends are arranged in a star shape around a drive mechanism, designed to minimise stress and load. Manufacture, ProMinent, claim that the pump is capable of achieving higher pressures and capacities with significantly less material and lower drive outputs. Its small size means allows the Zentriplex to be used in confined spaces.
As an example of precise metering based on measured values, ProMinent is also exhibiting the new control-type motor-driven metering pump Sigma combined with the multi-parameter measuring and control unit Dulcometer diaLog DAC and Dulcotest sensors. This combination forms a control circuit that feeds the chemical to the process in the exact amount. ProMinent call this ‘intelligent metering’ that aims to save energy at the same time as conserving resources and protecting the environment.
