The new technical group will create a forum for manufacturing engineers in the semiconductor industry to share ideas and concepts that drive and support innovation. The group will also form partnerships with related organisations and industry members involved in research and development.
The technical group will be part of SME’s Automated Manufacturing & Assembly (AMA) Community. Davis will also join the AMA Community Advisors.
Trebor International is also taking a more proactive role in supporting SME’s Salt Lake City chapter by hosting leadership meetings, tours and events.
“We are excited to get more engaged with SME and the Semiconductor Industry. As a company, we are focused on delivering quality engineered solutions to our customers and this is a step in the right direction that supports Trebor’s pursuit of operational and commercial excellence,” said Davis.
Trebor International, part of Idex Corp, specialises in ultra-pure chemical pumps and liquid heating systems.
