Enerpac has introduced split-flow pump upgrade kits for networking multiple pumps which have coordinated lift points for higher accuracy synchronisation, allowing operators to combine units to accommodate up to 32 individual lifting points, expanding heavy lifting capabilities.

There are three new upgrade kits from Enerpac. They are the SFP Network Kit which connects several split-flow pumps together to control them from a single control station, the single SFP Synchro Kit which synchronises the lifting points of a single split-flow pump through use of feedback from stroke and pressure sensors and the Multiple SFP Synchro Kit which connects several split-flow pumps together and synchronises all the lifting points using stroke and pressure transducers.

Split-flow pump kits allow multiple pumps to be networked together under one consolidated control unit to make a system as small or as large as needed for a specific lifting application. The upgrade kits are an inexpensive means of increasing the number of lift points for contractors that already have split-flow pumps. Existing smaller split-flow pumps can be connected with a network kit and no permanent modifications to the pumps are necessary.
