The acquisitions add three branches to Holland Pump’s pump fleet and dewatering services offering, increasing the company’s capabilities to service municipal, construction, industrial and mining industries in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, northern Virginia and Delaware.
Sander Power Equipment and Pump & Power Equipment Corp are Holland Pump’s fourth and fifth acquisitions since partnering with XPV Water Partners in 2019. Earlier this year, Holland Pump acquired Pump Service & Supply of Troy (PSS), based in Troy, New York. The company acquired Baton Rouge, Louisiana’s Alpha Pump & Equipment Inc in October 2019 and Complete Dewatering Pumps & Wellpoints – CDPW, based in Edgewater, Florida, USA, at the start of 2021.
