Intec Pumper, which has annual sales of NOK200 million, offers complete solutions for pumping water and wastewater, as well as customer-unique solutions for the prefabrication of pumping stations. The company serves contractors, road and tunnel builders, plumbers, fish farmers and offshore and marine customers in both the public and private sectors.
Headquartered in Vinterbro, outside Oslo, Intec Pumper has operations in Biri and Bergen.
The acquisition of Intec Pumper strengthens Ahlsell’s position in the HVAC and water & sewage markets, while Intec Pumper’s customers will have access to Ahlsell’s extensive product range and logistics.
The acquisition is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
