Neil Dornbusch & Associates provides processing and wastewater equipment for the food processing industry and custom fabrication of processing and screening equipment. The company also supplies dewatering, slurry, dust suppression and wash plant pump solutions for the aggregate and mining industries.
The acquisition will capitalize on complementary product and service offerings between the two companies and strengthen Anderson Process’s service and support capabilities throughout the Midwest.

With the acquisition, Anderson Process will now have warehouse and service facilities in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Minnesota.
The rollout of the Anderson Process brand to Neil Dornbusch & Associates territory and existing customers will take place over the coming months.
