Pagano resigned earlier this month to become president and CEO of Watts Water Technologies Inc.
The Industrial Process business, which includes Goulds Pumps, Bornemann, PRO Services, Engineered Valves, C’treat and ProCast, employs around 3500 people worldwide and had 2013 revenues of more than US$1.1 billion.
In his new role, Chicles will be responsible for executing the strategic and operating plans of ITT’s Industrial Process business.
