Kinder-Janes was founded in 1957 and has 20 employees. The company had 2023 revenues of £12.5 million.
“Through this acquisition we can further expand and penetrate the UK pump market, in line with our strategy to provide even better and closer service to our customers,” said Andrew Walker, Business Area President Power Technique at Atlas Copco.
Kinder-Janes will become part of the Power and Flow division within Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area.
