Based in Chiavari, near Genoa in Northern Italy, Orlando Water Technology exports products to more than 100 countries.
Ugur Uner has been recruited as general manager of Orlando Water Technology, and Veronique Van Simay as the new commercial director.
WILG, which has an annual turnover of around €31 million, already includes the Belgian companies Watertechniek Teunissen, MPI Pumps & Irrigation, Aubia, Leo Europe and Well Pumps.
Orlando Water Technology is the 10th company that WILG Group has added to its portfolio. The acquisition fits with WILG’s long term strategy and strengthens its role in the worldwide pumps and accessories market.
