The adapter plate is bolted on one side to the valve terminal or the AirLINE automation system and on the other side directly to the system’s pneumatic connections. All pneumatic connections, the Fieldbus interface and the I/O modules can be mounted directly on the control cabinet floor or wall. This allows for a smaller design of control cabinets.
