Presented by Tom Pozda on Crane's stand in Hall 8 of the exhibition, the award is recognition of the growth in sales of DEPA and ELRO pumps achieved by Tomlinson Hall & Co Ltd, a specialist manufacturer and distributor for pumps, power transmission equipment and engineering supplies, in the six years they have been Crane’s UK distributor.
During this time the company has not only increased sales and raised the profile of the products in the UK, but also sold the range of Depa Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) and Elro Peristaltic Pumps extensively overseas.
Colin Simpson, Sales Director of Tomlinson Hall, commented, "We began working for Crane in 2006, promoting and distributing the DEPA range of AODD and the ELRO range of peristaltic pumps. We're now responding to enquiries and selling their pumps all over the world with particular success in Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea and many other countries in SE Asia where Crane doesn't have a dedicated distributor - a notable order was for the Shanghai Fire Brigade, for example”
