Founded in 1987, Pro-Seal is headquartered in Pontiac, Michigan and operates out of two locations servicing the Great Lakes region of the US and all of Alaska. The company had 2023 sales and adjusted EBITDA of approximately US$19.9 million and US$1.5 million, respectively.

Kent Yee, chief financial officer of DXP Enterprises, said: “Pro-Seal complements DXP’s end markets and provides entry into a geographic region we have not historically served as well as adding scale for us in Alaska. Pro-Seal’s local market expertise combined with DXP’s size and scale will help us provide better customer solutions. We anticipate this acquisition to be accretive to earnings and further expand our Rotating Equipment division.”
