DXP Enterprises grows its Water platform with strategic acquisition

DXP Enterprises Inc has acquired Hennesy Mechanical Sales LLC, a distributor and manufacturers’ representative in the municipal water and wastewater treatment market providing industrial pump sales, service, and repair in Arizona, New Mexico and West Texas.

Hennesy had sales of approximately US$10.1 million for the last twelve months ended 30 November 2023.
