EBARA holds pump seminars at the Royal University of Agriculture in Cambodia

Approximately 40 participants attended, 20 participants from government agencies and around 20 participants from the university.

Agriculture is one of the main industries in Cambodia. There are droughts in the Northern area and flooding due to concentrated downpour. The irrigation facilities and drainage facilities are very important to the local community. At these seminars, the lectures focus on the types of pumps used for these facilities.

Since the launch of the EBARA Hatakeyama Memorial Fund in 1989, it has organized up to 250 seminars at different locations in the world, welcoming upwards of 11,000 participants. This year, EBARA is set to give 10 seminars all over the world in Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Colombia, Peru and other locations.
