Last year, Eni Norge AS awarded Eureka Pumps a pump service frame agreement for Goliat.
Eureka’s new Hammerfest workshop will also serve the company’s existing frame agreement with Statoil on the Snøhvit LNG plant at Melkøya. Both frame agreements cover service & repairs of pumps and rotating equipment, onshore & offshore service, spare parts, training, modifications and upgrades.
The Hammerfest workshop is fully equipped with tools, machines, trucks and cranes with SWL up to 10 tonnes. The machine shop consists of balancing, welding and grinding facilities together with lathe, milling and drilling machines.
Ole Fredrik Randgaard will be the Eureka site manager in Hammerfest. He was previously the workshop manager at Eureka’s assembly and test facility in Sørumsand.
