Under the Enterprise Framework Agreement, Flowserve will be the sole source provider for general service control valves covering upstream and downstream operations for capital projects and maintenance, repair and operations services.
“This agreement leverages the Flow Control Division’s worldwide network of manufacturing facilities and Quick Response Centers, as well as our engineering service capabilities,” said Tom Pajonas, president, Flowserve Flow Control Division. “We look forward to working with Shell to develop products and solutions for Shell's capital projects and plant lifecycle services. We are committed to enhancing our business relationship with Shell and providing products and services that will meet and exceed the performance metrics in this agreement.”
The initial five-year agreement has an option for an additional five years.
