The new location has more than 11,000 square-feet of work space, including a dedicated pull-through wash bay and two pull-through service bays with a 10-ton crane. The facility will provide immediate access to on-hand parts, service technicians and customer support.
GDEP, which provides solutions for the frac, drilling and well servicing pumps markets, already has a branch in Edmonton, Alberta.
Chad Marthaller, branch manager, GDEP, said: “We are excited to double our footprint in Canada. Our former site in Grande Prairie focused on supporting regional customers with our readily available parts. This new location will expand on the previous offering by providing dedicated service bays and trained pump technicians to keep fleets up and running, as well as our high-performance consumables.”
Marthaller added: “Canada has a highly active energy sector in Grande Prairie and we recognize the opportunity for growth within the area. We look forward to serving our customers locally with the first-rate service and repair capabilities that has become synonymous with GDEP across the globe.”
