Founded in 1988, Kripsol manufactures a broad line of products including pumps, filters, ladders, lights, salt chlorinators and controls. Kripsol markets its products around the world under the Kripsol and Fiberpool brands.

Commenting on the acquisition, Miguel Garcia Sánchez, general manager of Kripsol, said: “This will provide a positive transformation for our company and employees. Joining with a global leader enhances our ability to serve our customers in Europe, the Middle East and the rest of the world.”
Under Hayward Industries, Yuncos-headquartered Kripsol will continue to operate as a separate entity.
