Peter Brotherhood specialises in steam turbines, reciprocating gas compressors and combined heat and power units for the power generation, oil and gas and marine markets. The company has an installed base of nearly 1500 units across 100 countries globally.
The acquisition gives Hayward Tyler access to a range of new customers including Keppel Shipyard and deepens relationships with existing customers including Rolls Royce.
