Herc Holdings, which operates through its Herc Rentals Inc subsidiary, is a full-line rental supplier. With the acquisition of H&E Equipment Services, the company has 613 locations across North America and pro forma 2024 total revenues were US$5.1 billion. The classic fleet includes aerial, earthmoving, material handling, trucks and trailers, air compressors, compaction, and lighting equipment. The ProSolutions offering includes industry-specific, solutions-based services in tandem with power generation, climate control, remediation and restoration, pumps, and trench shoring equipment as well as ProContractor professional grade tools.
