Ingersoll Rand closes Seepex acquisition

Ingersoll Rand Inc has completed its acquisition of the progressive cavity pump company Seepex GmbH.

Bottrop, Germany-headquartered Seepex manufactures progressive cavity pumps for water, wastewater, food and beverage and chemical applications. The company has facilities in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, around 800 employees and annual revenue of approximately €160 million.

Seepex is now part of Ingersoll Rand’s Precision and Science Technologies segment.
