The Midlands Machinery Show will take place from 23 – 24 November and new water technology will feature for the first time this year to help farmers to create cost savings.
The zero energy water pump works purely by using the pressure of the water going into it which builds up before it is then released and pumped. It has no moving parts which make it cost effective to run and easy for farmers and businesses to use. It is built on the old theory of RAM pumps in the 1940s and 1950s.
The new pumps do not require fuel and offer substantial energy savings for farmers and agriculture businesses as they are self-sustaining.
The Midlands Machinery Show is open to visitors between 8am and 4pm on both days and entrance is free.
