Vacuum pump manufacturer, Leybold, will introduce its newly-designed VARODRY vacuum pump series at ACHEMA, which is taking place this week in Frankfurt.
Leybold has designed the new Varodry vacuum pump series for demanding industrial vacuum processes. The oil-free, air-cooled vacuum pump will be part of its product range for the process industry, on display throughout the trade fair in Hall 8.0, Stand F61. The company says that the Varodry screw pump is able to guarantee the required operating pressure, a short cycle time and high system availability and strength, especially in moist or dusty processes. It can be easily integrated into new or existing systems, because of its compact design.
Equipped with complete air cooling, which makes water cooling unnecessary, the developers at Leybold aimed to use fewer machine parts and components in its design. The Varodry has emission-free ventilation and minimal operating noise and is completely dry and clean, preventing oil and particle emissions or oil leaks as well as oil migrations in the vacuum chamber or into the products and processes. It also offers two pumping speed classes, the VD 65 and VD 100.
