NETZSCH expands FSIP design concept

The NEMO progressing cavity pump in the FSIP design:

The Full Service in Place (FSIP) design concept makes it possible to intervene to work on the pump equipment without dismantling it from the piping. The FSIP is already in use with the TORNADO T2 rotary lobe pumps.  The company says the new design saves time on inspection, repair and cleaning work and reduces required installation space, because additional expansion space to remove the stator has been omitted.

The FSIP pump is designed so that each part automatically fits its destination. Positioning is done automatically without further adjustments. Therefore the change of all wearing parts is reduced by around 50%.

Netzsch Pumps & Systems, will present its product range for use in biogas production, including the Nemo progressing cavity pumps with the FSIP design concept at EnergyDecentral in Hanover, Germany, from 15 – 18 November 2016 (Hall 25, Stand G17).
