Under the new structure, Dover has four segments: Dover Energy; Dover Engineered Systems; Dover Fluids; and Dover Refrigeration & Food Equipment.
Dover Fluids, which includes Pump Solutions Group, is focused on the safe handling of critical fluids across the oil and gas, retail fuelling, chemical, hygienic and industrial end-markets.
William (Bill) Spurgeon will serve as president and CEO of Fluids.
