Distributor Now Inc has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of GR Energy Services’ Flex Flow business, mainly relating to the rental, sale and service of surface-mounted horizontal pumping systems and horizontal jet pumping systems.

Flex Flow, which is based out of Midland, Texas, provides H-pump solutions for applications across the energy industry. The business currently serves the Permian, Bakken/Rockies and Mid-Continent regions in the US.
