Colorado Water Well has been serving the Denver market since it was founded in 1965 as the Denver Pump Company. The sellers of the company, Ted Kuettel and Tom Dea, will remain with the company and continue to be responsible for daily operations.

“We were looking for a strong partner to support Colorado Water Well’s growth opportunities and found it with PumpMan,” said Kuettel.

“We are delighted to acquire Colorado Water Well, a company with deep roots in one of the fastest growing metro markets in the US," said Don Devine, president & CEO of PumpMan Holdings. "Colorado Water Well is PumpMan’s 13th acquisition and is a natural fit with our strategy to build a national service company focused on pumps, motors, controls in the water and wastewater industries.”

PumpMan Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Soundcore Capital Partners, was formed in 2016 following the acquisition of Baldwin Park, CA-based PumpMan Inc.
