Sulzer’s new Service Center in Germany offers groundbreaking digital capabilities

Sulzer opens its 1,680 sq m center which will deliver a mechanical seal repair shop and will be authorized to perform repairs, retrofits, reverse engineering and parts of manufacturing on all types of rotating equipment using state-of-the-art digital technologies.

The new center is set to ensure operational reliability and energy efficiency by reducing lead times. They aim to do this through their mechanical seal repair shop which enables recovery and reverse engineering of components expecting to ultimately reduce costs for customers.

Sulzer will also be offering product upgrades that seeks to be cost-effective and has a team of 20 dedicated field service engineers available to immediately response to customer queries and requirements.
