Manufacturer of large rotating equipment, Sulzer, will be showcasing its marine repair services in the ship repair pavilion at this year’s Seawork International exhibition.

Taking place from 3 – 5 July at Mayflower Park in Southampton, UK, the exhibition is Europe’s largest commercial marine and workboat exhibition. The Sulzer team will be there to discuss tackling marine maintenance, including condition monitoring such as vibration analysis and the viability of on-board repairs

Sulzer offers repairs for all sizes of marine vessel and specialises in electrical and mechanical repairs.  The company’s maintenance engineers are supported byextensive repair and manufacturing facilities, such as an in-house copper rolling mill and 24-hour coil manufacturing.

Sulzer’s experience includes repairing motors, generators, pumps and white metal bearings and it is able to remanufacture or reverse engineer a wide range of components. For larger pieces of equipment, such as electrical generators, Sulzer engineers can carry out diagnostic work and repairs on-board while the vessel continues to operate.

The Sulzer team will be at Stand SR2 at Seawork International.
