On September 14 and 15, 2016 the "International Rotating Equipment Conference - Pumps and Compressors" will take place for the third time.
Four years after the last event held in Düsseldorf, the VDMA Pumps + Systems, Compressors, Compressed Air and Vacuum Technology association and the EFRC (European Forum for Reciprocating Compressors) will again unite its three forums under one roof: the 4th International Compressor Users Forum, the 11th International Pump Users Forum and the 10th EFRC Conference.
Good response
The tried-and-tested concept will also be maintained in 2016: "As a result ofthe many responses received we already expect more than 100 lectures and various panel discussions together with the world's leading manufacturers and users, "said Christoph Singrün, Managing Director of VDMA Pumps + Systems.
Describing possible solutions to unresolved problems of users and demonstrating ideas for potential cost savings opportunities in the operation of pumps and pump systems remain a stated goal for 2016. Indispensable therefore is to improve the communication between pump users and manufacturers on a neutral base.
Around 850 participants from over 40 countries attended the last event at the same location in 2012. With regard to size and internationalization, it was thus the 'World's No.1'. With more than 30% the users and operators presented a considerable portion of participants.
