“Our expansion into California is a strategic effort to better support our growing customer base on the West coast by providing local knowledge, service and products,” said Bill Mandel, Watson-Marlow Pumps Group vice president of US operations, who is based in Wilmington, Massachusetts.
The new office includes application engineers, customer service specialists and local pump and parts inventory.
The Lake Forest facility features a customer training and demonstration centre for Watson-Marlow’s peristaltic tube and hose pumps, MasoSine sinusoidal pumps and Flexicon filling systems.
The Watson-Marlow Pumps Group comprises seven brands: Watson-Marlow Pumps, Watson-Marlow Tubing, Bredel Hose Pumps, Alitea OEM pumps, Flexicon aseptic filling and capping systems, MasoSine sinusoidal pumps and BioPure single-use fluid path components.
