Preliminary programme available for VDMA 2019

The preliminary programme for the VDMA’s fourth International International Rotating Equipment Conference – Pumps, Compressors and Vacuum Technology, is now available.

The conference will take place on 24 and 25 September in Wiesbaden, Germany. Christoph Singrün, managing director of VDMA Pumps + Systems as well as Compressors, Compressed Air and Vacuum Technology, promoting the conference said: “Our participants can look forward to an extensive programme that is all about Rotating Equipment. One focus is on the effects of Industry 4.0."

Industry 4.0 topics such as digital transformation, digitalisation and data management are among the 28 session titles, along with energy efficiency, condition monitoring, cavitation and reliability.

The conference offers visitors nearly 70 technical lectures and an accompanying trade exhibition. The conference offers participants and exhibitors expert knowledge, science-based papers, a technical exhibition, details of the latest technical trends and an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences.
