Aspen Pumps celebrates 25th anniversary year

Aspen Pumps, the UK condensate removal pump supplier, is celebrating a successful 25th anniversary year.

The East Sussex-based pump business has seen continued growth in 2017 following the launch of a number of products, some key business acquisitions and strength in its core condensate pump market.

During 2017, Aspen Pumps launched its award-winning Storm Chemicals range, adding an entirely new product type to its portfolio, and introduced the Max Hi-Flow tank pump.

The company saw further expansion with Aspen Pumps Group’s acquisitions of Salina SAS a French distributor of air-conditioning and refrigeration ancillaries, and JAVAC UK, an air conditioning and refrigeration (ACR) tool specialist.

2017 also marked the 25th birthday of Aspen’s iconic Mini Orange condensate pump, one of the company’s first products to market.

“2017 has been another great year for the Aspen Pumps Group,” said Adrian Thompson, CEO of Aspen Pumps. “We have continued our global expansion through acquisitions, investment in sales resource and product innovation. Overall the group has delivered record growth; this is all down to the hard work and dedication of the Aspen team.”

Throughout this anniversary year, Aspen and its staff have supported a range of charities, including raising £2445 for local children’s hospice Chestnut Tree House, when 11 staff members cycled from the company’s headquarters in Hailsham, East Sussex to Paris, France. And in June, a team of eight women from Aspen took part in Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life in Eastbourne to raise money for research into more than 200 types of cancer.
