KSB set to unveil new condensate lifting unit

The new Kondensat-Lift is a fully automatic lifting unit for condensate from heating, air-conditioning and cooling systems.
The new Kondensat-Lift is a fully automatic lifting unit for condensate from heating, air-conditioning and cooling systems.

The Kondensat-Lift pumps up to 340 l/h of fluid at heads of up to 4.5 m. It is suitable for fluid temperatures of up to 50 °C. An integrated swing check valve prevents drainage of the discharge line which KSB says provides high operating reliability.

The unit comprises a collecting tank made of impact-resistant ABS plastic, which can be mounted on either the floor or the wall. The integrated float switch ensures automatic level control. ABS plastic is also used for the motor housing and impeller while the shaft is made of stainless steel.

The 230 V single-phase AC motor with thermal overload protection comes ready to be plugged in. It features a 1.8 m power cable and shockproof plug. Also included is an adapter for connecting the standard inlet (28 mm) to commercial high temperature pipes (40 mm).

The German firm will unveil the Kondensat-Lift at the ISH trade fair in Frankfurt which runs from March 10-14.
