Alfa Laval has won two orders – together worth SEK125 million – to provide Framo pumping systems for an oil platform and an FPSO in the North Sea.
In a SEK60 million order, Alfa Laval will supply Framo pumping systems to a North Sea oil platform. The order covers offshore pumping systems which will supply water to the onboard fire extinguishing system.
Alfa Laval will also deliver Framo pumping systems to an FPSO in the North Sea, under an order valued at approximately SEK65 million. The offshore pumping systems will inject water into the production wells in order to optimize the extraction of oil.
Both orders are scheduled for delivery this year.
