PG Flow Solutions and Calder win Johan Sverdrup contracts

PG Flow Solutions will deliver CIP & MEG injection packages during the second quarter of 2016, including chemical injection skids with API 675 double diaphragm pumps, MEG injection skids with API 674 Triplex Plunger pumps and chemical injection cabinets.

The Calder delivery includes the design, manufacture and testing of a 1800 kW waste injection pump package to NOV in the same timeframe. This multi-purpose electrically driven pumping unit, fitted with a Calder CRI-1800 pump, will be VSD operated and capable of waste injection and general well service duties.

Together, the contracts are worth approximately €9 million. Design, build and test work will be undertaken at PG Flow Solutions’ facilities in Hvalstad and Sande in Norway and at Calder’s site in Worcester, UK.

PG Flow Solutions acquired Calder in October 2015, creating a pump company with combined annual revenues of close to €100 million. The group now employs 210 people, including approximately 100 engineers, in Norway, the UK and Saudi Arabia.
