The next course will be held on 11 October, at the BPMA offices in Birmingham. It will examine the factors which should be considered when designing pump systems, and takes a practical approach to a complex subject using a combination of presentations and exercises.
The aim is to enable individuals to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the key aspects of developing the most effective and energy efficient pump installation. The course content includes: common types of pump systems; determination of system head; interaction of pumps and systems; pump operating limitations; system design and system operation.
