The Austrian company supplied the pumps in 2002. Two of the original 16 pumps have already been successfully overhauled.
In addition to a general overhaul of the 14 pumps, the life cycle of the shaft bearings will also be extended by installing new bearing technology. Each pump has an impeller diameter of 1950 mm and a power of 5 MW at the nominal head of 26.6 m and the nominal flow rate of 15 m3 per second.
