The new 118 800 sq ft facility will serve as Franklin Electric’s corporate headquarters and expand the company’s research, development, design and testing capacity.
Franklin Electric says that the state-of-the-art 24 000 sq ft testing lab will facilitate long-term product innovation and growth.
More than 20 Franklin Electric products are used to move and manage water within the building. The new site uses geothermal heating and cooling and incorporates aesthetic exterior water features to act as functional parts of the system.
