Norway’s FSubsea AS has added Erik Sverre Jensen to its board of directors and as a shareholder.
Sverre Jensen, who holds an MSc in Petroleum Engineering, is a former Asset Area manager at Norsk Hydro, platform manager (Oseberg) and most recently field development director and COO at Lundin.
FSubsea says it is certain that Sverre Jensen’s operational experience and network will add value to its business development and strategic efforts.
FSubsea was set up in 2013 as a subsea technology spin-off from Fuglesangs AS.
The other members of the FSubsea board are chairman Hans Peter Fuglesang, founder and CEO Alexander Fuglesang and director Curtis Huff.
