Siemens supplies Internalift pumps for water pollution control facility in California

The first three Internalift pumps, which are 60 inches in diameter, are located at the Woodland plant’s main inlet structure at the wastewater treatment plant and are used to lift plant flow up to the wastewater plant influent structure.

The remaining two 48-inch diameter Internalift pumps are used to transfer the RAS back into the system.

The Internalift pumps were all staged per customer requirements at Siemens’ Thomasville, Georgia, facility prior to shipment.

The turnkey operation is valued at over US$1 million, with Siemens providing equipment and installation. The Internalift pumps replaced carbon steel pumps that were more than 25 years old.
